BoBo's Playhouse was formerly known as Bird Toy Discounter and was owned by a very dear friend of mine. When Heather approached me about the idea of purchasing the store, I was very excited! Having a houseful of birds, one of my all time favorite things to do was shop for bird toys and to have the opportunity to do it on a larger scale and call it inventory ... WOW a dream come true for a person like me!!

I have been doing foster/adoptions for a very long time and as some of you know, I met a VERY special bird named BoBo one day that needed a tremendous amount of help. Heather/Bird Toy Discounter was extremely proactive in helping me w/ trying to keep up w/ BoBo's medical expenses. His story remains on the store and always will, something I was able to also assure by taking over the store.Even though I have experienced many birds over the years, BoBo touched me in a way that no other bird ever did. He was w/ me for only 8 short months but filled me w/ memories for a lifetime.

The store name is a tribute to BoBo who will always be missed by not only myself but the many who helped me help him. The goal of BoBo's Playhouse will always be to offer bird items at reasonable prices and to assist you w/ any of your shopping needs. * There is a 10% cancellation fee on all processed orders. Orders are considered processed after 1 PM EST when the processor settles transactions. The reason for this cost is because the processor charges us not once but twice; once for the transaction and once for the refund.

* Due to the possibilty of disease we do not accept returns. Contact us if a product arrives damaged so that we can contact UPS/USPS. We suggest if you get something that you can not use contacting a local rescue and donating it. They will write you a receipt for the amount you paid.
